Does the device support buying or exchanging crypto?
No, the Pendle Hardware Wallet is designed solely for private-key storage and transaction signing. It does not provide buying, selling, or exchange services for digital assets.
How do I back up my recovery phrase?
The device generates a 12 or 24-word recovery phrase during initial setup. Write this down on the provided recovery cards and store them in separate secure locations.
Which networks are supported?
The device supports Bitcoin, Ethereum, and many other popular networks. Check our compatibility page for the complete list of supported cryptocurrencies and tokens.
What happens if I lose my PIN?
If you forget your PIN, you can restore access using your recovery phrase. The device will reset and you can set up a new PIN using your existing seed phrase.
How do I verify the device authenticity?
Each device comes with tamper-evident packaging and a unique serial number. You can verify authenticity on our support page using the serial number.
